We were searching for a first car for our daughter and found the perfect one. It was a trade in that had come in just a few days prior. We called and they got me an appt the same day to test drive and we bought it! The vehicle had not yet been serviced or i species yet so they completed that process for us quickly and we had it by the end of the week. I purchased my vehicle here, used. I have received excellent support, including service. The entire peocess (sales, service, financing) was painless and efficient. I drive from Toledo to Sandusky for superior support and a friendlier dealership than the mega dealer in Toledo.

Went in for an oil change, larger mileage service, and had some small issues i wanted them to diagnose. They were very straight to the point and clear in everything. They were throughout in describing what they were doing and were very transparent about pricing and options. They got everything done quickly and with zero issues. Will definitely be back for all my other service related things.

The service department is the best in the area. They take good care of you.
