Jacob Hill at the service desk always takes good care of our car and answers all my questions. Service is efficient. I recommend their services and prices are reasonable. Be sure to check out the online coupons before you visit and we love the complimentary car wash. We have had 10 years of good service and readily available parts. We generally schedule our regular service visits about 2 weeks out. I can attest that they squeezed me for a punctured tire one day too. We haven't had a reason to go elsewhere. The tire sale is on now buy 3 get 4th for $1 more, great way to prepare for winter.

Easy no pressure transaction!

I went in for an oil change .they fishy oil change then explained my horn was going out .gave me an estimate for that .so will have to fix that because that’s a big issue on a car .the only problem is I couldn’t get my filters replaced because my battery on my phone was dead so I couldn’t access any money on my phone .it was a bit disappointing that there weren’t any chargers for an iPhone 14 Plus .

Halleen Kia was a great experience, The first time I called and asked for a sales person I never received a call back. The second time I decided to give them a chance because My best friend had just bought her car there. I spoke to Dave the sales manager and asked for a female sales person which I got, and her name was Marla. Marla made the experience absolutely wonderful and flawless. The car that I finally decided on had to be brought from their North Olmstead dealership and arrived on Monday just as promised. I did have an encounter with “fast talking Paul”, Who was helping to finalize the deal, he too was amazing! When we arrived on Monday evening to pick up the car, it was washed, had a full tank of gas, and the paperwork was ready. The finance manager in the back, Nate was fun to work with even though you have to sign your life away. Lol. Nate was very friendly, and even though he teased me about my 2009 Kia he made the transition very simple and explained things with great detail. Backstory on why I also picked this dealership… They had looked at my car about six years ago when another dealership had told me it was going to be about $1200 to fix it and it turned out it was a recall item and they fixed it for free. So I vowed if I was ever to buy a new Kia, I would buy it from the dealership. Obviously, they stand behind their product and their name. In closing, I guess I would tell you that if I had to pick a sales person I would pick Marla, but expect to talk to “fast talking Paul” at some point And the rest of the crew will also make you feel very welcome. The 2025 Sorento went in for standard service maintenance yesterday. Zero issues or complaints, oil change tires and inspection. In on time, everything completed, washed, and out in a timely manner. Absolutely a fantastic Dealership! Highly recommended 🙌
